It was through the guys from Emerson Wild: Monster Hunter I think, Either Brian Clevinger (also of Atomic Robo fame) or Zack Finfrock.
A friend sent me a link to the trailer. Since I am a huge serial/pulp fan and even have a webcomic that reflects my interests.
I learned about it from following Captain Blasto. Loved that so I made sure to keep an eye out afterwards.
Saw the original concept short at Comic-Con a couple years ago, and thought it was hilarious! Picked up a flyer for Captain Blasto, followed that to the end, and then waited for Mercury Men!
The Monster Hunter Manual, they have a post just about you guys.

I'm not sure, but I think it was at SFsignal.com.But hey my memory isn't what it used to be.
Came across Captain Blasto online while looking for more projects like Sockbaby, and have been following the Mercury Men since.
Someone knowing of my love of serials/pulps sent me the link. It might have been posted on the serial squadron message boards.
I have since done my part and sent it along to any other serial fans and/or aspiring film makers that I know.
I was doing some research into a design project that I needed to do. I was looking at examples of Saul Bass's work, since he is one of my many influences and idols, and I saw the poster for Mercury Men. I was immediately drawn in, seeing as I have a deep love for classic sci-fi movies, tv shows and comics and followed it to this site…and now I can't wait for the finished product.
God speed Mercury Men!
I was watching Eureka this morning and as I was fast forwarding through the recording I saw Mercury Men on SyFy so thought I would look it up. It reminds me of the old TV shows I watched as a kid. Love it!!
I was on Hulu, browsing the science fiction genre. Glad I checked your show out. This is the most fun Retro project I've found since Dark Adventure Radio Theater.
I believe I first heard of The Mercury Men on dieselpunks.org. I since added a page for it on TV Tropes.org
TV has been so bad lately so I was searching through OnDemand (Cox Cable) for something to watch when I came upon Mercury Men listing for SyFyHD. Watched all 10 episodes last night.
Was going through video on demand (verizon cable) in the SyFyHD for last Monday's Alphas and I stumbled upon Mercury Men. So I watched half of them one day and the other half the next.
